A2P Messaging and Communication

  • By enrolling in our services, you agree to receive important communications regarding class schedules, studio updates, or emergency alerts via email, SMS, or push notifications.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying “STOP” to our messages or contacting us directly.
  • Text / SMS: If you choose to opt-in to SMS communications from Stepping Out, you will receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. These messages might be automated and might include promotional offers, coupons, and/or information related to Stepping Out, as well as information pertaining to your student, classes, events, and account.
  • Consent to Receive Automated Messages: You understand that consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Stepping Out Services and the website. Messages may include, but are not limited to, updates, order information, account information, and special offers.
  • Frequency of Messages: Message frequency may vary based on your account activity, enrollment, and ongoing promotions.  You will receive messages relevant to your enrollment, transactions, updates, and occasional promotions.
  • Opt-Out and Support Options: You may opt out of receiving the messages anytime by texting “STOP.” Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will be unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages from us. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm that you have unsubscribed.  Should you wish to resubscribe, you may text “UNSTOP” to receive SMS messages again.

  • Wireless Carrier Rates and Services: Wireless carrier messages and data rates may apply.  Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed messages.
  • Confidentiality We will maintain the confidentiality of your mobile number.  You mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their oen marketing purposes.  However, for operational purposes, your name and mobile number may be shared with our service providers who assist in the delivery of our SMS communications.  These providers use your personal information solely to carry out the services they provide to Pure Fans.

Third-Party Tools

We integrate with tools like:

  • Stripe/PayPal (for payments)

  • WordPress (for website content)

  • Zapier (for automation)

  • Google Analytics (for measuring)

  • Managing their subscriber base ethically

For Fans

Fans may:

  • Subscribe to creators

  • Participate in loyalty programs

  • Access exclusive content and offers

Fans must:

  • Provide accurate info

  • Use the platform respectfully

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely via integrated providers.

  • Refunds are subject to the policy of the creator or event organizer.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, subject to billing cycles.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use PureFans.ai for unlawful or fraudulent activity

  • Upload harmful or infringing content

  • Attempt to disrupt platform integrity

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the platform and its features remain with PureFans.ai and our partners (e.g., GoHighLevel). Creators retain ownership of their uploaded content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or harm our platform’s integrity.

7. Disclaimer

PureFans.ai is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any damages arising from platform use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Californa, Los Angeles.
